FIGURATIVE PAINTERRadu Pulbere

Radu`s artwork makes the viewer to interact to a new reality, inspired by his unique way to see the world.
Painting reveals and communicates itself fundamentally by the manner of metaphysical and meta-narrative contents. The questions, what it represents or where it belongs, conceptually or stylistically, are outlying its intrinsic value and quality. My work refers to a moment in time, a privileged, personal, and private instant whose elements – pertaining to the figurative and physical dimension – surreptitiously give away a psychological dimension.
Radu Pulbere is a Romanian Contemporary artist who dis-assembles and re-assembles the elements that bring to life the scene on the surface of his paintings in an innovative way. His work enrolls in the traditional fine arts world, but, in the same time, it transgresses it. The artist is no longer a viewer translating objectively the reality, but he found a way to translate it in a personal manner, using new formulas and acting as he belongs to his new reality. (Silvia Suciu)
